Paper Submission Guidelines

1. Scientific materials containing the results of the author’s original research are accepted for publication.
2. The material shall begin with the full name of the author, their academic degree and academic title, place of work, email address, and the title of the paper (in Russian and English).
3. The material shall contain an abstract (350 characters with spaces) and keywords (up to 7 words) in Russian and English.
4. The talking points shall not exceed 4,000 characters with spaces and shall be typed in Word, using size 14 Times New Roman font, and single line spacing; the paper margins shall be 2 cm on all sides, with 1 cm paragraph indention.
5. The in-text references shall be put in brackets. The References in Russian shall be listed in the end of the material (3–5 sources).
6. The titles and numbers of figures shall be indicated under the figures; the titles and numbers of tables above the tables.

8. The file name shall be the first author’s surname (Петров.doc or Petrov.doc).
 
Following the results of the work of the International Forum, the Proceedings will be published and will be indexed in ISBN, encoded in the Library-Bibliographical Classifications and Universal Decimal Classification, and shall be mandatory for circulation and registration in the Russian Science Citation Index. The best reports will be considered for publication in peer-reviewed journals (recommended by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles): Bulletin of SUSU (Series: “Social Sciences and the Humanities”, “Linguistics”, “Education. Educational Sciences”, “Law”), “Society and Power”, “Culture and Arts Herald” of Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture, and in journals of other Forum’s foundation universities.

Till February 28, 2022, the talking points will undergo expert review regarding the papers’ scientific novelty, concept substantiation, independence, methodology, strength of argument, organization, competence and clarity of presentation of the results. The editorial team shall reserve the right to reject materials, which do not comply with the topic, execution requirements, or the Forum’s terms. The participants, whose talking points are accepted for publication, will receive notification.
Each participant can submit no more than one set of talking points (including the talking points written with other authors). Talking points for the reports not complying with the conference topic will not be considered.
